To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. maggi88 reserves the right to require documentary verification of any registration information at any time.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the maggi88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach of this rule are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. maggi88 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You agree to notify maggi88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. maggi88 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
All deposits to your maggi88 Wallet must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Third-party deposits are prohibited. maggi88 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. maggi88 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution. maggi88 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds.
All transactions on the maggi88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to Member Wallets.
All bets placed on the maggi88 sportsbook and all gaming sessions conducted on the maggi88 Casino and slots products are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. These product rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and form part of this Agreement.
maggi88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where a system fault has resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, or where maggi88 reasonably determines that the integrity of a market has been compromised. In such cases, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the Member's Wallet.
Bets once accepted by the maggi88 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the Member except where a cash-out facility is explicitly made available for the relevant market.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account pursuant to any maggi88 promotion are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
maggi88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who are found to have abused bonus facilities — including through matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or the use of multiple Accounts — may have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Accounts suspended.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities on the maggi88 Platform:
maggi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of these prohibitions and to report relevant activity to applicable regulatory authorities.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property accessible through the maggi88 Platform are the exclusive property of maggi88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of maggi88.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maggi88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
maggi88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
maggi88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. maggi88 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
maggi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account without prior notice where maggi88 reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent or criminal activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, maggi88 may retain the Account balance pending investigation and in some cases permanently forfeit funds where required by law or regulation.
Members may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting maggi88 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following completion of applicable verification checks.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maggi88 holds its primary gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a Member and maggi88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as required by the applicable regulatory framework.
